Xero Quick Fixes 7 – How to use shortcuts and customize navigation panel on Xero

  1. On the first loading page, you will find the main dashboard;
  2. Select three dots on the right side of each section on that dashboard. These shortcuts can help to speed up the work and access needed functions directly;
  3. Select three dots under Accounts watch, here you can add nominal accounts to track without going into the chart of accounts and finding a nominal code each time. If you need a budget comparison, add the extra column;
  4. If you would like to highlight or show extra sections, click on the top right Edit Dashboard. You will be able to tick show or hide sections on the main dashboard.
