- Go to Bank Account – Click Manage Account > Import Statement.
- Download Xero CSV Template – Fill in transaction details manually or use an existing file in the correct format. Upload the CSV File – Select your file and click Next.
- Match Import Fields – Ensure columns like Date, Amount, Description, and Reference are correctly mapped.
- If needed, check “Don’t import first column” to skip headers.
- Choose the correct date format (e.g., DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY).
- Review & Complete Import – Check transactions and click Finish Import.
