Quick fixes 27 – How to find out if a customer viewed your quote on Xero?

  1. Go to the Business Tab and click “Quotes” from the menu.
  2. Find the Sent Quote, then locate the quote you emailed to the customer.
  3. Check the Status, by looking under the “Sent” tab.
  4. In the “Online Quote” column, check the status: “Viewed” → The customer has opened the quote. “Accepted/Declined” → They have taken action on the quote.
