- Go to the Business Tab and click “Quotes” from the menu.
- Find the Sent Quote, then locate the quote you emailed to the customer.
- Check the Status, by looking under the “Sent” tab.
- In the “Online Quote” column, check the status: “Viewed” → The customer has opened the quote. “Accepted/Declined” → They have taken action on the quote.
